We are very confident that you will love your purchase, but, if for some reason you are dissatisfied, we want to know about it. Just follow these simple steps within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to complete your return, and we'll happily exchange the product or give you a refund. Please note: all returned products must be in original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unworn). Any items that appear to be worn, used, or washed will be denied and returned to sender.

• We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, however, in rare cases when the item appears damaged or defective, a full credit of purchase plus shipping will be given. If the item is being returned for any reason other than product damage/defect, a refund or exchange will be provided minus shipping costs.
• Send us an email at returns@ohvzone.com to alert us of the return and briefly indicate the reason for your return. (Email must be sent within 14 days of receiving purchase) Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.  This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused.
• Pack item(s) in a secure carton and enclose a packing slip that includes your order number and your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ship returns to:

• Send the item back to us using any traceable method (USPS, UPS, FED EX). Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Be sure to request insurance and delivery confirmation for your package. These services protect you in the event that something happens in transit to the package.
• Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. It takes many credit cards one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
